The project’s Business Plan/Feasibility Study (2 simple copies)
Business plan should state clearly the project objective, information regarding the investor (profile), details of investment costs (foreign and local expected capital expenditure), how the proposed investment will be financed, specific sources(s) of finance for the project, terms and conditions of the loan if applicable, sources of technology if applicable, project financial and economic analysis, market study, project capacity, production process if applicable, environmental impact assessment, expected employment generation, proposed implementation schedule, etc. One soft copy should be in PDF format

Audited Accounts for the past three years (2 authentic copies)
This applies to the existing projects. Submission should include one soft copy in PDF format

Bank Statement
As evidence of financial capital. The Bank Statement of not less that six months for an existing project and a new Bank Statement for a new project. Submission should include one soft copy in PDF format

Additional information

Documents should be submitted in both hard and soft copies. Soft copies should be in PDF format. TIC only accept applications submitted by people related to the company such as Directors/shareholders, company lawyers, Human resources personnel, applicant in person or any person with power of attoney.
